Florida's Central Gulf Coast has a lot of various waters with the white sandy beaches and mangrove filled backcountry estuaries of Boca Grande to Tarpon Springs that change into crystal clear grass flats and spring feed creeks with oyster bars and saw grasses from New Port Richey to Crystal River. When fishing out of Tarpon Springs, Florida you will enjoy the best of both Worlds. This part of the Gulf of Mexico is where the transition from beaches and bays turn into clear grass flats with rocks and oyster-bar everywhere. Florida Tarpon Charters uses six different style boats for the various ways of fishing throughout Florida. Tarpon Fishing Charters in Boca Grande are done out of brand new Ranger Bay Boats. We also run Airboat Fishing Charters that are done during our winter months when we have extremely low tides on the moon phases in Homassasa and the backcountry waters of Port Charlotte. On this type of charter, it is not uncommon to catch a mixed bag of 50 to 200 Snook, Redfish and Trout all on artificial baits. We can accommodate up to 4 anglers per boat or use multiple boats for your larger family's, groups and corporations visiting Florida for business or vacations.
All of our equipment is up to date and best suited for the intended species of Florida game fish thanks to the various sponsors. Our boats and motors are replaced every year to minimize down time and to assure our clients of a problem free trip.
